Please keep in mind that most of the streets in the Medina are not accessible to cars, therefore the driver will wait for you as close as possible to the riad and from there will take you to your accommodation (it can also be someone else from the same company).
The car service provider will not accept responsibility for the cost incurred for loss of a flight. The customer is solely responsible for knowing his or her flight departure time and booking the pick-up with sufficient time to get to the airport.
